It is easy to get out of balance with so much going on in our lives.
Here are a few tips that I have for you to help you get back into the centre of your being, so that you can create, work and live from a place of power.
#1 Balance your masculine and feminine energies. This means finding a balance between taking action in your life, and being compassionate towards yourself when it is time to rest.
#2 Listen to what your body is saying. Your body has certain rhythms and cycles that are natural. Some times of the day you will naturally be more productive than others. Pay attention to the cycles of your body, and when it is easier for you to fall into flow.
#3 Make space to move your body and clear blocked energy & emotions. You can do this while sitting, dancing, crying or screaming if necessary. Just give your space to release any blocked emotion that may be stored in you.
#4 Remember your “Why.” If you are starting to feel lost, out of balance or burnout, remember why you are doing what you are doing. What is your passion? What drives you? What is more important to you than anything else? Get in touch with your vision, the one that is bigger than just you, the one that is calling you into greatness. This can help you step back, get a bigger picture over your life, and come back to your centre.
