The more you prepare yourself for a Kinesiology session (or any healing session such as reiki, energy healing, massage, chiropractic session or physiotherapy), the more you will get out of it. Here are the tips to get the most out of your sessions:
Before your session:
- Be open to receive: being open means that you are surrendering to the process of accessing the infinite wisdom of your body.
Be open to a new idea, to new concepts, to know yourself and your body better. Make the potential for change YOURS.
You are the one in charge; your kinesiologist will facilitate the process for you.
- Explore new perspectives: shifts usually happen when you start seeing something new that you never thought, felt or considered before. Play with new ideas that will come up during a session. And be willing to explore your body with awareness.
After your session:
- Let it Integrate: the body can take up to two weeks to integrate the changes. Keep your home-play for as long as you can, until it sinks in, let it change your brain and your nervous system, by reconditioning it, like the learning process while you were at school, or learning how to ride a bicycle. Some changes can be quick, some can take more dedication, depending on how deep rooted it is in your brain and body systems.
- Let any FEAR turn into TRUST: When we are about to face something NEW, it is expected we feel uncomfortable and that fear may arise. Because FEAR vibrates in a low frequency, search for the better feeling thoughts that will take you closer to TRUST. Sometimes we just need to TRUST our BODY and the PROCESS. And start believing in the POSSIBILITY.
