How does Acupressure Massage work?
In your first session, your practitioner will take a full case history, in order to determine which points need stimulation and which ones need sedation. In this sense, it works the same way as an acupuncture session.
What effects should I expect?
Needless to say that your body has its own timing on taking on the healing effects, it also depends on how long you had a condition. Some have great relief on the first session, others will notice more results building up into the second or third session.
How many sessions do I need?
Your therapist will be able to determine your initial treatment once you are assessed on your first visit. Usually 3 weekly or fortnightly sessions are very comprehensive and it is what most people start with.
After your first 3 sessions your therapist will reassess your improvement and if more sessions are necessary at that stage.
