Balance emotions with Kinesiology

Did you know that 80% of our decisions are emotional rather than logical?

Emotions can either give a spark to our lives or paralyze us from learning and growing.

Some people are more connected to their emotions than others. What does that means?

We have a range of primary human emotions that we all fee, whether we express them of not.
The primary emotions are:

  • Anger
  • Sadness
  • Worry
  • Fear
  • Love
  • Joy

It is interesting to notice that looking at this list of emotions we see more “negative” emotions than positive ones.

I know it is something we don’t usually think about, but in fact, negative emotions have a purpose of offering guidance.
For example: Anger is a clear sign that usually tell us that you are not respecting your own boundaries, it is a guideline emotion to show you how we are letting others decide for us, that our needs are not clear enough, that we could also be feeling constantly inadequate at work or in our relationships and having to act in a certain way to be accepted.
Anger is then a sign that you can claim back your power to know and decide what is right for you.

Sadness is also a very powerful emotion that connects us deeply into the wonder of being a human, it points us inside to look at our inner reality. When we go though loss or grief, the pain is just the pathway to a broader view of a human reality.

 

Kinesiology and Emotions

In Kinesiology we find which emotions are out of the balance in the body.  One very common emotion that people get stuck in is anger.  People tend to either get frustrated internally because they are unable to let others know how they feel or they let the anger burst out, in a shape of verbal or physical aggression.

It is possible to normalise the energy of anger, making you more capable of processing the situation without associating it with anger in your brain.  This means that the same situation that cause you to feel anger before, will have a new interpretation.

Fear is another emotion that can paralize us and cause frustration and insecurity. That can be fear of facing social situations or fear of the consequences of a choice we need to make ie. quitting our job, start of end a relationship, express your thoughts or feelings to somebody.

All emotions can keep getting out of balance as we move along, so the intention is to don’t get too out of balance.

The ultimate goal is that feel good about who you are and that you make the right decisions that will support you.
