Kinesiology sessions through Skype are designed for your convenience in case you are far from our clinic space in Kogarah, Sydney.

The sessions are specially formatted to offer the same powerful results that are achieved during in-person sessions.

How does Kinesiology session through Skype work?

The way it works is that I can tap into your energetic field (I know, this is creepy, right? Well, for me, this is just a body technology) and have access to the information of your body systems, mindset and emotional health.

The type of information I can usually get, so you have an idea, is:

Physical level

  • Serotonin is low (it can be due to mindset, lack of exercise or even depression)
  • Quadriceps muscle is weak (which can relate to digestive issues, past trauma held in the muscle
  • The amygdala (emotional brain) is overly active, causing anxiety

(observation: this is not a diagnose. Ailments in the body start at an energetic level, so that is what we are looking at)

Mental and Emotional level

    • There is a constant thought in your mind stressing you saying “There is never enough money”
    • There is a underlying feeling that “I feel inadequate and not good enough at work”
    • There is an underlying belief that “I must be perfect – as a mum, professional, friend”, causing stress.

How long is the Kinesiology session on Skype?

Usually the energy of your own body will guide the whole 90 minutes session.

What benefits will I get from a Kinesiology session through Skype?

The most common benefits obtained are pain relief, stress relief and an overall sense of wellness in the mind and body.  Feeling calm, less anxious, more confident and focused.

How does my body get balanced?

Your unconscious will reveal facts about your body and mind that you were not familiar with previously. It is all part of knowing yourself better and taking charge for your own health and wellbeing.

After we find the factors out of balance (hormones, muscles, organs, chakras, meridians), we will start balancing the root causes (using acupressure, specific mind and body techniques, diet, supplementation, energetic cleanse, mindset shift, lifestyle improvement).

How many Kinesiology sessions do I need?

For some people, few imbalances are fully reversed on the first session, depending on the nature of the imbalance and how long it has been present.

Some imbalances can take 2 or 3 sessions to start showing improvement.

Some clients prefer to have sessions for prevention and wellbeing. Those are held every 4 to 6 weeks and have an increasing effect on your wellbeing.

Every session we set our goals and measurements to make sure improvements are being made.
